Phase Three: Outreach, Advocacy & Community Support
In addition to shelter-based services, Elizabeth’s Village provides confidential outreach and advocacy services at our downtown location for individuals who may not need emergency shelter or who are not yet ready to leave their situation.
This phase ensures survivors can access help, resources, and support without entering shelter, meeting people where they are and on their terms.
Program Purpose
The Outreach Program exists to remove barriers to support by offering low-threshold, survivor-centered services in a discreet, accessible setting. Survivors can seek help safely, privately, and without pressure to take immediate action.
Outreach services are available to individuals at any point in their journey, whether they are planning, questioning, surviving, or rebuilding.
