Homeless Prevention Outreach Program

This program reaches out into the community and meets women where they are.  Our Outreach Coordinator works with women and children who are at an imminent risk of becoming homeless.  To attempt to prevent them from losing their housing, we connect them to resources in our community.  In order to encourage change, we provide them with case management where they are at.
